Applicants are encouraged to complete the application early. Call Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing if you have questions or need technical assistance with the application. Applications must be submitted by Noon on the deadline date. Late applications will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Applications not meeting the guidelines (incomplete, exceed page/length limits or assign improper categories) WILL NOT BE SCORED.
